Biography
Jamie-Grace began to sing at 4 years old. Her first name at birth was only "Jamie", but due to her aspiration to be a Southern Gospel star, Jamie began to be called Jamie-Grace. She opened up for her mother, Mona Harper, at concerts throughout Atlanta alongside her sister, Morgan Harper. (http://www.myspace.com/morganharper)
Now 16 years old, Jamie-Grace is still a singer, but now sings Christian Pop and can rap as well. Jamie-Grace also plays the drums and recently picked up the guitar. She wants her music to be able to reach out to people all over; giving them hope and encouragement, and sometimes just a reason to dance.
Jamie-Grace and her sister Morgan are still a powerful duo. They perform at youth groups around Georgia, and have been invited to New York, California, and even Africa to minister to young people.
One of Jamie-Grace's most memorable experiences was in Summer 2007. Mark Stuart from Audio Adrenaline introduced Morgan and Jamie-Grace to sing at a Starbucks in Nashville, Tennessee.
Personal interests
singing, playing the drums, acting, tourette syndrome awareness, instant messenger, encouraging teens, talking, guitar, reading and writing.
Entertainment Goals
Jamie-Grace hopes to continue her singing career throughout her teen years and hopefully after that as well. She sings, acts, writes songs, plays the drums, plays guitar a little, and runs an organization she founded for "teens with tourette syndrome", (http://www.teenswts.net) like herself. To see some of her short films and hear some covers, go to her YouTube channel. (http://www.youtube.com/jGracePro) For tour dates go to her MySpace page. (http://www.myspace.com/jamiegraceh)
